Unfortunately, my experience at the Hampton Inn Wilmington was quite disheartening. The room I was assigned was not as clean as I had expected, and there was a lingering smoke smell in the lobby. Moreover, I was quite disappointed to find that the front desk staff was not very welcoming during check-in, leaving me to question if I had made the right choice for my stay.

after being excited to stay here, i was fleeced by a broken shower head and a dirty room. with half the towels missing, it seemed like they ran out of clean linen. a little glass of complimentary something woudl ve been nice, given the issues. i was almost ready to leave a positive review, but just couldn’t.
